With fall upon us and the agriculture industry struggling with all our rain in the province Hudson Bay is still circulating real estate maybe at a slower pace then past however where in this province has it not slowed. The financial institutions are being more selective which although it seems frustrating proves to keep the real estate in check with the property values.
